When I moved to Singapore with my family, we were not able to take our pet along because her vaccination and health records could not be found. That experience highlighted how disorganised pet health information can naturally become — a challenge faced by many pet parents. It became clear that there was a need for a digital solution where pet parents could securely store, manage, and share important health details.
At 15, I designed, built, and deployed Vet Bookr, a mobile app that helps pet parents manage health records and vaccinations, discover nearby vets and pharmacies, explore pet-friendly places, and connect with other pet owners.
The app went live on both Android and iOS, and within the first week, it crossed 150 downloads purely through organic interest and early adopters trying it out.
Vet Bookr opened the gates to many more incredible learnings.

I walked into the PETEX Expo, a leading exhibition that caters to the booming pet care industry in India and showcased Vet Bookr to almost all participating stakeholders. I got invited by Mars International, which is the world’s No.1 producer and seller of pet foods and more, to showcase Vet Bookr at their corporate office to their innovation and technology leaders. I was also invited by All India Radio, India’s No.1 radio station, for a live interview, which I never imagined. Vet Bookr is a journey I will always cherish as it’s my very first.
